I know through my own pursuits that the key to unlocking the “block” that we all face during those processes comes down to being asked the right kind of question.

The nature of our interpersonal relationships can make resolving conflicts exceptionally difficult. An alternative definition of the term impasse stems from these very scenarios, where two parties have reached a point where moving forward seems impossible.
A lack of constructive resolution is often due to mismatched frameworks. If both parties implicitly understood each other, conflict would not exist. But we cannot read minds. Without the right kind of communication, misunderstandings only grow more intense.
When tensions are heightened, understanding is compromised, and we can become unnecessarily rigid in our perspectives. To mitigate an endless cycle of disagreement, a neutral third party is often the best option. That is where I come in.
To ensure that the desire to resolve a conflict is mutual, the costs for this session are split between the two parties after mutual consent is confirmed. This is not something to engage in to “prove” your point. I will challenge both parties where it is necessary, and whether or not a resolution is reached by the end of the session, you will both have a better understanding of why the conflict arose, and what you can do in the future to prevent such a situation from recurring.
